C\u2019est un des piliers de la m\u00e9decine ayurv\u00e9dique. L\u2019alimentation permet de pr\u00e9venir les maladies, fait partie int\u00e9grante des soins ayurv\u00e9diques et permet \u00e0 chacun de trouver le r\u00e9gime alimentaire qui lui correspond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Une petite pr\u00e9cision avant de commencer : <strong>le r\u00e9gime alimentaire<\/strong> <strong>signifie la fa\u00e7on de s\u2019alimenter et de se nourrir<\/strong>. Par exemple, on parle de r\u00e9gime v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, r\u00e9gime m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en, r\u00e9gime carn\u00e9, r\u00e9gime amaigrissant, etc. Le mot \u00ab\u2009r\u00e9gime\u2009\u00bb en tant que tel ne fait pas r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la perte de poids.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9couter ses besoins et connaitre sa constitution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En <a href=\"https:\/\/spiritualite.com\/blog\/ayurveda-principes-bienfaits\/\">ayurveda<\/a>, <strong>tout r\u00e9gime alimentaire est personnalis\u00e9<\/strong>. Cette approche est assez diff\u00e9rente d\u2019une vision plus occidentale du r\u00e9gime alimentaire&nbsp;: \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, identique pour tout le monde et bas\u00e9 sur la consommation d\u2019aliments class\u00e9s en groupe (produits laitiers, fruits et l\u00e9gumes, produits sucr\u00e9s, mati\u00e8res grasses, boissons, f\u00e9culents, prot\u00e9ines).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019alimentation ayurv\u00e9dique invite \u00e0 \u00e9couter ses ressentis, ses envies et ses besoins<\/strong>, pour trouver le plus justement possible un r\u00e9gime alimentaire appropri\u00e9. En fonction du dosha dominant (vata, pitta, kapha), certains aliments et habitudes sont \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier. Ce dernier nous <strong>permet d\u2019assimiler correctement les aliments. <\/strong>Son bon fonctionnement est tr\u00e8s important pour la sant\u00e9 physique et psychologique. Le feu digestif englobe l\u2019ensemble des processus chimiques du m\u00e9tabolisme et de l\u2019activit\u00e9 digestive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour maintenir un feu digestif optimal, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019espacer les repas de 4 \u00e0 5&nbsp;heures. Ce temps laisse la possibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de bien assimiler tous les aliments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u2019est au moment du z\u00e9nith du soleil, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le midi, que le feu digestif est \u00e0 son apog\u00e9e. C\u2019est pourquoi l\u2019ayurveda recommande de faire le repas le plus copieux le midi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9quilibrer les quantit\u00e9s&nbsp;: ni trop ni pas assez<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ayurveda recommande de <strong>manger uniquement lorsqu\u2019on a faim et de ne pas se forcer<\/strong>. Cela \u00e9vite de trop remplir l\u2019estomac. En effet, il est important de laisser de l\u2019espace dans l\u2019estomac, cela facilite le feu digestif. Manger les quantit\u00e9s de nourriture dont vous avez r\u00e9ellement besoin permet un apport de calories adapt\u00e9, en \u00e9vitant les carences alimentaires et les surplus qui viendraient surcharger l\u2019organisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Il est important de s\u2019hydrater tout au long de la journ\u00e9e et de boire de l\u2019eau \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Le th\u00e9, le caf\u00e9 ou la tisane sont compl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 l\u2019eau, mais ne la remplacent pas\u2009!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calme et bienveillance pour le repas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de nourrir votre esprit autant que votre corps, l\u2019ayurveda recommande de manger dans un environnement calme et bienveillant. La t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, les \u00e9crans ou la lecture sont des distractions qui emp\u00eachent d\u2019\u00eatre pleinement pr\u00e9sent au repas que vous \u00eates en train de manger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Distance entre le diner et la nuit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La nuit est un moment o\u00f9 l\u2019organisme ralentit et \u00e9vacue les toxines accumul\u00e9es la journ\u00e9e. Un repas trop garni le soir nuira au sommeil, car la digestion consomme beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9nergie. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fraicheur et vitalit\u00e9 pour les aliments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les produits que nous mangeons nourrissent notre \u00e9nergie vitale. D\u2019eux d\u00e9pend en partie notre bonne sant\u00e9 physique et mentale. Quel que soit l\u2019aliment que nous consommons, il est porteur d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Et en le consommant, cette \u00e9nergie se transmet \u00e0 notre organisme. Plus les aliments sont transform\u00e9s (cuits, st\u00e9rilis\u00e9s, surgel\u00e9s, etc.) plus ils perdent de leur force vitale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019alimentation ayurv\u00e9dique est <strong>une alimentation \u00e0 base d\u2019aliments peu transform\u00e9s, de saison, frais, cultiv\u00e9s dans des conditions respectueuses de la nature.<\/strong> Cela assure une qualit\u00e9 et une vitalit\u00e9 des aliments optimales pour notre sant\u00e9, notamment pour pr\u00e9venir les maladies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le plaisir, un alli\u00e9 quotidien<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plaisir est une clef indispensable \u00e0 une alimentation ayurv\u00e9dique qui vous convient<strong>. Plus vous ressentirez de la joie et du plaisir \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation de votre repas, plus cela aura une influence positive sur la qualit\u00e9 de votre digestion.<\/strong> Le plaisir est un curseur qui vous indique si vous \u00eates sur le bon chemin. Si vous commencez \u00e0 modifier certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments de votre r\u00e9gime alimentaire et que cela vous procure un r\u00e9el bien-\u00eatre et du plaisir, alors vous \u00eates sur la bonne voie. Elle se base sur la \u00ab\u2009science des saveurs\u2009\u00bb&nbsp;: doux, acide, sal\u00e9, piquant, amer et astringent. Chaque aliment poss\u00e8de une saveur, une \u00e9nergie et une action postdigestive qui d\u00e9finit son effet sur le corps et sur la conscience. La \u00ab\u2009science des saveurs\u2009\u00bb \u00e9tablit des corr\u00e9lations entre le go\u00fbt des aliments et leur r\u00f4le dans l\u2019organisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lorsque vous mangez, vos sensations gustatives vous aident \u00e0 connaitre l\u2019effet des aliments et des plats cuisin\u00e9s.<\/strong> Avec des connaissances et de l\u2019entrainement, vous arriverez \u00e0 percevoir les saveurs subtiles des aliments. Cela vous am\u00e8nera \u00e0 vous diriger \u00ab\u2009\u00e0 l\u2019instinct\u2009\u00bb vers les aliments qui sont bons pour vous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 savoir que selon la mani\u00e8re dont un aliment est cultiv\u00e9 et conserv\u00e9, cela va changer sa saveur. Sentez-vous libre d\u2019adapter vos choix en fonction de vos besoins, de d\u00e9vier du \u00ab\u2009droit chemin\u2009\u00bb et de r\u00e9ajuster votre r\u00e9gime alimentaire quand vous le souhaitez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modifier ses habitudes alimentaires demande du temps et de la patience.<\/strong> Vouloir tout changer d\u2019un seul coup conduit souvent \u00e0 un bouleversement trop important pour le corps. Comme il n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 suivre, il peut r\u00e9agir n\u00e9gativement. C\u2019est pourquoi tout changement doit \u00eatre progressif, \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une fois que vous connaissez votre nature profonde, vous pouvez d\u00e9terminer les saveurs qui sont \u00e0 favoriser et celles \u00e0 temp\u00e9rer.<\/strong> En int\u00e9grant progressivement de nouvelles habitudes, vous allez en sentir les effets positifs. L\u2019Ayurveda est un guide qui vous accompagne vers l\u2019alimentation qui vous correspond.
