Rester assis et respirer est tout \u00e0 fait naturel, mais s\u2019observer dans le moment pr\u00e9sent est quelque chose d\u2019hors norme. La r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de la pratique permet de gravir les montagnes de notre esprit.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La ma\u00eetrise du mental<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous allons voir ici, au travers d\u2019une image tib\u00e9taine qui se nomme \u00ab&nbsp;la Tanka&nbsp;\u00bb, une image d\u2019origine tib\u00e9taine qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmise par Marianne KOHLER dans le livre \u00ab&nbsp;la qu\u00eate du Gourou&nbsp;\u00bb. Cette image d\u00e9crit les \u00e9tapes que nous parcourons sur le chemin de la ma\u00eetrise de notre mental. L\u2019image se lit de bas en haut. Et nous allons interpr\u00e9ter ce parcours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur cette image, nous voyons un total de 4 personnages : un moine, un \u00e9l\u00e9phant, un singe et un lapin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En d\u00e9but de parcours, en bas \u00e0 droite, nous y voyons un jeune moine, sortant de son monast\u00e8re apr\u00e8s y avoir re\u00e7u les enseignements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le jeune moine regarde impuissant l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant qui est tir\u00e9 par le singe. Le moine tient dans ses mains un crochet et une corde. Le crochet repr\u00e9sente sa vigilance, et la corde son attention. L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant repr\u00e9sente l\u2019esprit, et le singe repr\u00e9sente les pens\u00e9es, passant d\u2019une id\u00e9e \u00e0 une autre sans s\u2019arr\u00eater. La couleur sombre montre qu\u2019ils ne sont pas domestiqu\u00e9s. Le moine n\u2019a aucun contr\u00f4le sur eux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il en va de m\u00eame pour nous. Quand nous d\u00e9butons la pratique de la m\u00e9ditation, nous sentons que notre singe (pens\u00e9es), emm\u00e8ne notre esprit dans tous les sens, pour ensuite nous apercevoir avec notre moine (notre vigilance, attention), que notre esprit \u00e9tait parti sans que nous n\u2019en prenions conscience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9sumer, quand nous commen\u00e7ons la m\u00e9ditation, nous pouvons constater que nos pens\u00e9es dispers\u00e9es (singe sombre) entrainent notre esprit non domestiqu\u00e9 (\u00e9l\u00e9phant sombre), fuyant notre vigilance et notre attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les 11 \u00e9tapes de la m\u00e9ditation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1\u00e8re \u00e9tape :<\/strong> Quand nous m\u00e9ditons pour la 1\u00e8re fois, nous ne pouvons m\u00e9diter sans \u00eatre entrain\u00e9 par nos pens\u00e9es qui sont incontr\u00f4l\u00e9es. \u00c0 ce niveau, il n\u2019y a pas de concentration possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong> \u00c0 ce stade, nous voyons l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant et le singe ayant ralenti leurs courses, le sommet de leurs cr\u00e2nes s\u2019est \u00e9clairci. Ce qui d\u00e9montre que notre esprit (\u00e9l\u00e9phant) et nos pens\u00e9es incontr\u00f4l\u00e9es (singe) ont plus de clart\u00e9 qu\u2019avant. Mais notre vigilance et notre attention (moine) sont toujours \u00e0 leur poursuite. Arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 cette \u00e9tape, nous n\u2019avons toujours pas le contr\u00f4le, mais nous pouvons remarquer une petite prise de conscience sur nos pens\u00e9es (singe) et sur notre esprit (\u00e9l\u00e9phant), car le sommet de la t\u00eate de nos deux amis est de couleur blanche, qui d\u00e9montre donc une prise de conscience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong> Le lapin fait son apparition, il repr\u00e9sente un dysfonctionnement du m\u00e9ditant, d\u2019\u00eatre sur un sujet de m\u00e9ditation, alors qu\u2019en v\u00e9rit\u00e9, il ne l\u2019est pas. (Il donne seulement l\u2019illusion de l\u2019\u00eatre. Le lapin arrive \u00e0 faire disparaitre le sujet de m\u00e9ditation sans qu\u2019on s\u2019en rende compte).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre mental doit \u00eatre affin\u00e9 pour pouvoir percevoir ce genre de dysfonctionnement. On peut s\u2019en apercevoir quand nos pens\u00e9es fugaces (singe) se sont calm\u00e9es, quand nous sentons que nous arrivons enfin, \u00e0 nous concentrer sur un sujet en m\u00e9ditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous observons \u00e0 la 3\u00e8me \u00e9tape, que notre attention et notre vigilance (le moine) tiennent l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant (esprit) par la corde. L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant, le singe et le li\u00e8vre ont tous les trois, la t\u00eate claire. Ils ont conscience de la pr\u00e9sence du moine car ils regardent dans sa direction. \u00c0 ce stade, la concentration commence \u00e0 s\u2019installer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong>&nbsp; Nous remarquons \u00e0 cette \u00e9tape que notre attention (la corde) est encore tendue. Le singe (nos pens\u00e9es) est presque immobile, mais il essaie encore d\u2019entrainer l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant (notre esprit)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00c0 ce stade certains r\u00e9sultats peuvent appara\u00eetre, montrant ainsi que nos efforts portent<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>leurs fruits. Il est important \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9, de r\u00e9colter les cadeaux de nos efforts. Ce qui nous pousse \u00e0 aller plus loin.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Les 3 animaux ont la moiti\u00e9 du corps \u00e9clairci. Ce qui veut dire que les pens\u00e9es, l\u2019esprit et la concentration illusoire (lapin) sont plus conscients d\u2019eux-m\u00eames. Nous r\u00e9coltons \u00e0 cette \u00e9tape plus de r\u00e9compenses comme nous pouvons le voir avec les fruits et les diff\u00e9rents objets sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 du chemin.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong> Nous voyons que le moine a pris le contr\u00f4le avec sa vigilance et son attention. Il est pass\u00e9 devant son esprit (\u00e9l\u00e9phant) et ses pens\u00e9es (singe).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong> A cette \u00e9tape l\u2019attention (le moine) peut se permettre de tourner le dos \u00e0 l\u2019esprit (\u00e9l\u00e9phant). Son attention est toujours pr\u00e9sente, et demande moins d\u2019efforts, comme nous pouvons le voir avec la corde moins tendue. Les animaux sont encore plus conscients d\u2019eux-m\u00eames. La concentration illusoire (li\u00e8vre) a disparu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong> A cette \u00e9tape le moine n\u2019a plus besoin de son attention (corde) et sa vigilance (crochet). Son esprit (\u00e9l\u00e9phant) suit gentiment la volont\u00e9 de son ma\u00eetre : le moine. Les pens\u00e9es (singe) prennent de la distance avec l\u2019esprit (\u00e9l\u00e9phant). Il va presque disparaitre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019esprit (l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant) ne fait plus attention \u00e0 lui. Et, son niveau de conscience de lui-m\u00eame est presque total. Il reste une petite partie sombre sur sa patte arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong> Le moine peut s\u2019occuper sans pr\u00eater attention \u00e0 son esprit (\u00e9l\u00e9phant), qui avance calmement. L\u2019esprit a pleinement conscience de lui-m\u00eame. La m\u00e9ditation se fait naturellement, et le moine est tout proche de sa ma\u00eetrise du mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong> Nous voyons que le moine est sur un tapis volant. Ceci repr\u00e9sente le mental n\u2019\u00e9tant plus pr\u00e9sent. L\u2019esprit et le moine sont en parfaite communion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong> Nous voyons que le moine est sur l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant. Cela correspond \u00e0 l\u2019unit\u00e9 qu\u2019ils forment. Le moine se repose et l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant (l\u2019esprit) marche tranquillement. Le moine m\u00e9dite sans que rien ne le d\u00e9range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong> Le moine m\u00e9dite toujours sur l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant sans que rien ne le trouble. Il suit consciemment le chemin. Nous voyons aussi qu\u2019un autre chemin s\u2019est form\u00e9. Il m\u00e8ne \u00e0 un niveau sup\u00e9rieur qui correspond \u00e0 la contemplation. \u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019eux, une grande flamme est pr\u00e9sente. . Elle repr\u00e9sente de nouveaux efforts pour parvenir \u00e0 ce niveau sup\u00e9rieur de conscience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Le mental est domin\u00e9, nous sommes libres et nous pouvons passer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante pour s\u2019\u00e9lever spirituellement.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour parcourir ces \u00e9tapes petit \u00e0 petit, nous pouvons nous fixer un temps de m\u00e9ditation chaque jour.
